Service was excellent. He showed up right on time and was done quickly. The price was very reasonable. I felt.tike.they were trying to aave me money instead of selling me something I didn't need. I will definitely be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future

We've had the pleasure of working with this company for years, and they've consistently delivered excellent service. Recently, my 93-year-old father-in-law experienced some issues with his unit, but Terry promptly came to the rescue and ensured everything was in working order before the freezing temperatures set in. Terry is calm, cool and collected 🙌. He’s honest and trustworthy, and we can always count on him! 👍

Terry was very helpful! He was truly amazing for coming out to the house after hours to figure out what was wrong with the home heater! He didn’t have the new part with him. Terry called the next day with the new part came out and installed it, and we had heat! Thank you very much Terry for coming out and giving us Heat! I would highly recommend!!

Prompt response (2 days). I said, not an emergency, during a cold snap. Technician did a thorough UV leak check, after previous dye injection.

System was installed and service by MCH&A going on 4 years. Never a problem. Techs do a great job.

Very professional. I was very impressed with how well they worked as a team. Price was the best among several estimates.

My AC went out 7/14/25 and called it in 5:30pm they had their tech Russell out within an hour same day to fix the problem. I was very pleased with the timely service and communication from Russell. Recently, when we needed to replace our unit, Mr. Parker Craft quoted us a more than fair price and took care of our family. Scheduled and installed on time when we wanted.
